The Office of Public Access Ombudsman was tasked by House Bill 1105, enacted during the 2016 legislative session, to investigate and report on Public Information Act compliance by the Howard County Public School System during the period from July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2015. As part of this project, members of the public who have knowledge or experience concerning the subject of this study are invited to submit their comments and supporting documentation, if any, to the Ombudsman.
